Registration common issues
During registration you will need to ensure that your username contains letters and numbers. Any special characters such as ! or @ will not be accepted.
Changing account details
If during the lifetime of your account, some details about you change such as your address, we will need to be kept informed about these changes to maintain accurate information on your account. To change these details, you will not be able to update them in your account — you will need to contact us via Email or Live Support and request these details be changed. With a change of address, we will require documentation dated within the last 3 months showing your new address and your name on the document. For name changes we will need to see the Deed Poll documentation to change your name.
Deposit issues
Deposits may sometimes fail due to your bank having blocks in place against gambling websites. Should the deposit you are trying to make fail, it is advised to contact your bank and enquire if there are any such blocks in place on your account.
Withdrawal issues
We aim to process withdrawals immediately but sometimes they may take a short while longer than you expect. This can be due to your bank requiring 1 to 5 working days to forward the funds into your account. If your requested withdrawal has not arrived after 5 working days from when you requested the funds, then please contact us and we will happily investigate why this has happened.
Pending Withdrawals
Sometimes we will need to manually process a withdrawal request. If that happens, your withdrawal will be set as “Pending Withdrawal” in your account information page. Once we have processed the withdrawal it will disappear from there and be subject to the standard processing time of 1 to 5 working days to be forwarded to your account by your bank. Please note that once a withdrawal has been requested, we are unable to cancel the request and return the funds back into your account.
Bonuses
At certain times you will be given bonuses to your account. These can be validated by going into your account and copying the code into your account to activate the bonus offer. Please note that our customer support team will not be able to manually grant bonuses to accounts as this is an automated process and cannot be bypassed.

If the app should not work on your phone, we recommend that you have updated your phone’s operating system to the latest version, as later versions may not be compatible with our app.
